BuyaPropertyinSpain is operated by AI Risk Intelligence AS(Norway). The site provides independent, data-driven guidance for international buyers exploring property in Spain. By using the site you agree to these terms.
2. No professional advice
All content — including destination guides, calculators, the buyer assessment and any AI-generated output — is provided for general guidance only and is not a substitute for professional financial, legal, tax or property advice. Always consult a qualified Spanish lawyer, tax adviser and licensed mortgage broker before committing to a transaction.
3. Estimates and data
Prices, taxes, mortgage estimates and other figures are illustrative and may differ from the actual amounts in any specific transaction. Sources are documented on our Methodology page and are continuously evolving.
4. Buyer-side model
BuyaProp is free for buyers. We do not represent sellers and you never pay us a commission. When you ask us to, we may introduce you to vetted local agents and partners; those partners may pay us a referral fee only if a deal completes. Recommendations are based on fit, not who pays the most.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping at a rate that disrupts service, no attempts to break authentication, no submission of unlawful or misleading information.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuyaProp and AI Risk Intelligence AS are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the content of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Disputes will be resolved by the competent Norwegian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
